My TouchPoints™ won't turn on. They show a red light, but never a green light. What do I do?

Using a standard micro-USB charger, charge your TouchPoints™ with the single cable via your laptop or computer port. Plug the TouchPoint™ in and out of the charger four times in rapid succession (2-3 seconds between each interval)

This should resolve the issue and allow your TouchPoints™ to charge.
